Affiliate Program Terms
Last updated: October 21, 2026
1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Affiliate Program Terms (the "Affiliate Terms") govern your participation in the FluxWriter affiliate program (the "Program"). By applying for, enrolling in, accessing, or otherwise participating in the Program, you ("Affiliate", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Affiliate Terms in their entirety. These Affiliate Terms are entered into between you and BeRoyal LLC, a United Arab Emirates company that runs the Program under the trading name FluxWriter ("FluxWriter", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the AI SEO content-automation service available at fluxwriter.com.
These Affiliate Terms supplement, and do not replace, the FluxWriter Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer, each of which is incorporated by reference and applies to your use of FluxWriter and your participation in the Program. If any conflict arises between these Affiliate Terms and the general Terms of Service with respect to the Program specifically, these Affiliate Terms control as to the subject matter addressed here. Capitalized terms not defined in these Affiliate Terms have the meanings given to them in the Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these Affiliate Terms, you may not apply for or participate in the Program. If you are entering into these Affiliate Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity, in which case "you" refers to that entity.
2. Eligibility
To apply for and participate in the Program, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of application and continuously throughout your participation:
- You are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction of residence;
- You hold a valid FluxWriter account that is in good standing and not subject to suspension, restriction, or termination;
- You provide accurate, current, and complete information during application and keep that information up to date, including your legal name or registered business name, contact email, payout details, and any tax documentation we reasonably request;
- You are not located in, and will not promote FluxWriter into, any country, territory, or to any person subject to comprehensive sanctions or trade restrictions administered by the United States or other applicable authorities, and you are not an individual or entity on any applicable restricted-party or denied-persons list;
- Your promotional channels, websites, and audiences comply with applicable law and with these Affiliate Terms.
The Program is intended for adults operating legitimate marketing channels. It is not directed to children, and you may not promote FluxWriter to audiences composed primarily of minors. We reserve the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to refuse, suspend, or terminate any application or enrollment at our sole discretion.
3. Application and Approval
Enrollment in the Program is subject to our review and approval, and approval is not guaranteed. We evaluate applications on factors that may include the relevance and quality of your audience, the nature and reputation of your promotional channels, your compliance history, and the overall fit with our brand and commercial interests. We may reject any application that we believe poses reputational, legal, regulatory, or commercial risk, or that promotes content inconsistent with our brand values, without obligation to provide a reason.
Once approved, you will receive access to your affiliate dashboard, a unique affiliate identifier, and one or more tracking links and/or referral codes (your "Tracking Links") that you must use to refer prospective customers. You are responsible for promoting FluxWriter only through the Tracking Links assigned to your account. Referrals that are not properly attributed to your Tracking Links may not be credited to you, and we have no obligation to retroactively assign such referrals.
We may issue you marketing assets, landing-page links, and other materials through your dashboard. You must use only current, approved materials, and you must promptly discontinue use of any asset we ask you to stop using.
4. Commission Structure
FluxWriter sets the commission rate for each model; the Affiliate chooses which of the two subscription-commission models below applies to their account, from the affiliate dashboard, and both the current model and rate are displayed there. For the standard Program you select a model when you join and may change it as described in these Affiliate Terms (for private-partner arrangements, FluxWriter may instead assign and lock your model). The model in effect when a customer is first attributed to you is the model that governs every subscription commission that customer ever generates (backlink commissions on Balance Deposits are rated separately, below):
- 30% one-time: a single commission equal to 30% of the Net Amount paid by your Qualified Referral on that customer's *first* successful subscription payment. No commission is earned on renewals, upgrades, or any subsequent payment from the same referred customer under this model.
- 15% recurring (lifetime): a commission equal to 15% of the Net Amount on *every* successful subscription payment the referred customer makes (the first payment and every renewal) for as long as that customer's subscription remains active and in good standing, subject to the remainder of these Affiliate Terms.
Choice of model. The choice between the 30% one-time model and the 15% recurring (lifetime) model is yours, made through the options FluxWriter exposes in your dashboard. You may change it as often as you like (there is no cooldown), except where FluxWriter has locked your model under a negotiated private-partner arrangement. A model change is forward-only at the customer level: each referred customer is permanently fixed to the model that was in effect when they were first attributed to you, so changing your model changes how *new* referrals pay and never re-rates a customer you already have, in either direction. See Effect of a model change below.
Net Amount. "Net Amount" means the amount charged for the qualifying payment after any discount or promotional adjustment and before tax: for card payments, the transaction subtotal reported by Paddle; and for cryptocurrency payments, the USD price of the plan settled through Cryptomus. For a Balance Deposit (defined below), the Net Amount is the deposit amount credited to the customer's Prepaid Balance for that payment, and never more than the pre-tax amount the processor confirms was paid: for a card deposit through Paddle, the Paddle transaction subtotal; for a card deposit through Ziina, the US-dollar amount of the Ziina payment, once Ziina confirms the payment completed; for a cryptocurrency deposit, the USD amount of the Cryptomus invoice, once Cryptomus confirms the invoice was paid in full. It never includes any amount paid above the invoice, any network or processor fee paid by the customer, or bonus balance of any kind, including a cryptocurrency-payment bonus, a promotional-code or coupon bonus, and any credit added by FluxWriter. A cryptocurrency invoice that is never paid in full credits no balance and earns nothing. VAT, GST, sales tax, and any other tax collected by those processors is never part of the Net Amount. Each commission rate in these Affiliate Terms (other than the second-level override rate, which is applied to the underlying commission) is applied to the Net Amount, except that for a payment made by card through Paddle or Ziina it is applied to the Net Amount less a payment-processing fee of 5% of that Net Amount (so a card payment with a Net Amount of $100.00 earns commission on $95.00). No fee is deducted from a cryptocurrency payment made through Cryptomus, and no other payment-processor or Merchant-of-Record fee is deducted. If the underlying payment is later refunded, charged back, or otherwise reversed, the commission on it is reversed as described in Section 8. Commissions are calculated and recorded in USD, the billing currency of the Program; where an underlying transaction settled in another currency, conversion is applied using a commercially reasonable rate.
Qualified Referral. A "Qualified Referral" is a new customer who (i) reaches FluxWriter through your valid Tracking Link within the attribution window described in Section 5, (ii) was not already a FluxWriter customer or in an active sales process with FluxWriter, (iii) completes a genuine paid subscription or makes a Balance Deposit (defined below), and (iv) passes our anti-abuse and fraud checks. Free-plan signups that make no qualifying payment, trials that never convert to paid, and transactions later determined to be fraudulent or abusive do not generate commissions.
Backlink commissions. Customers pay for backlink orders and campaigns only from their Prepaid Balance, which they must fund before ordering. A backlink commission is earned only on a "Balance Deposit" (a payment of real money by your referred customer into their Prepaid Balance, made by card through Paddle or Ziina, or in cryptocurrency through Cryptomus) and is calculated on that deposit's Net Amount as described above. Every Balance Deposit earns a commission, not just the first. FluxWriter, in its sole discretion, sets the commission rate that applies to Balance Deposits; this rate is displayed in your dashboard and may differ from your subscription rate. Affiliates do not set, negotiate, or self-select the backlink commission rate. No commission is earned on: (i) bonus balance of any kind, including deposit bonuses, promotional-code or coupon bonuses, and credits added by FluxWriter; (ii) spending a Prepaid Balance (on backlink orders or campaigns, the Domain Authority Boost, or anything else paid for from it) because the commission is earned once, on the deposit, and nothing further is earned when that balance is spent; (iii) any payment into a Prepaid Balance completed before 20:30 UTC on September 17, 2026 (for a card deposit, when Paddle completes the transaction; for a cryptocurrency deposit, when FluxWriter receives Cryptomus's confirmation that the invoice was paid in full), and nothing is earned on that balance whenever it is spent; or (iv) a purchase of the Domain Authority Boost or any other add-on service, however it is paid for (a Balance Deposit that funds such a purchase still earns its commission as a deposit). The outcome of a backlink order or other purchase never changes a Balance Deposit commission: if an order fails and its cost is returned to the customer's Prepaid Balance, the commission on the deposit stands, and no new commission is earned when that returned balance is spent. From 20:30 UTC on September 17, 2026, the outcome of a backlink order also no longer reverses a backlink commission earned on that order before that time. Backlink commissions are subject to the holding period in Section 6 and to the clawback rules, and are reversed only as described in Section 8.
Two-tier (second-level) override. If a person you refer to FluxWriter goes on to enroll in the Program themselves (your "Sub-Affiliate"), you earn a second-level override on the commissions that Sub-Affiliate earns, at the override rate shown in your dashboard. The override is calculated on your Sub-Affiliate's *commission*, not on their sales, so it can never exceed that commission. It is paid by FluxWriter *in addition to* your Sub-Affiliate's commission and is never deducted from what your Sub-Affiliate earns. The override applies to both the subscription and backlink (Balance Deposit) commissions your Sub-Affiliate generates. The Program is strictly two tiers: an override is earned only on the direct commissions of affiliates you personally recruited, and no override is paid on another override (there is no third level). Each override follows its underlying commission: it is subject to the same holding period, and whenever that underlying commission is reversed in whole or in part, the override is reversed by the same share, as described in Section 8. No override is paid where the recruiting affiliate and the paying customer are the same person, or where the referral otherwise fails our anti-abuse checks. FluxWriter may change the override rate (including to 0%, which disables it) for commissions earned after the change.
Private and partner arrangements. Affiliates hand-selected by FluxWriter (for example, for channel partnerships, agency programs, or volume-based deals) may be issued custom commission terms: a different rate, a different model, or a locked dashboard configuration. The exact terms of any such arrangement are documented in writing and, for that affiliate, supersede the standard rates and model described in this Section.
"Lifetime" recurring commissions are paid only for as long as both the referred customer's subscription remains continuously active and the Affiliate Program and your participation in it remain in effect. Recurring commissions are not a vested or guaranteed right. If FluxWriter discontinues or materially changes the Program, or terminates your participation in accordance with these Terms, recurring commissions cease as of the effective date and FluxWriter has no obligation to pay any recurring commissions thereafter. FluxWriter may also cap or convert recurring commissions at any time, with effect from the date of the change.
Effect of a model change. You select your commission model when you join the Program, and you may change it at any time thereafter from your dashboard. The change applies only to referrals first attributed after it takes effect. Customers already attributed to you keep the model that was recorded against them at attribution, for the whole life of that customer, so switching from one-time to recurring does not start paying you renewals on customers you referred earlier, and switching from recurring to one-time does not stop the renewals already running on them.
Effect of a rate change. A commission *rate* is different from a model. FluxWriter may change the rate attached to a model (see Section 16), and a rate change applies to commissions earned after its effective date, including on customers referred before it: commissions already accrued or paid out are never re-rated.
5. Attribution and the 60-Day Cookie
Referrals are attributed using a tracking cookie set when a prospect clicks your Tracking Link, together with our internal referral records. The attribution window is 60 days: if a prospect signs up within 60 days of their most recent click on your Tracking Link, the resulting customer is credited to you, and their qualifying subscription payments and Balance Deposits earn commissions subject to these Affiliate Terms.
Where a prospect clicks more than one affiliate's Tracking Link within the window, attribution follows last-click logic: the most recent qualifying click before signup wins. Self-evidently, attribution requires that the prospect's browser accept and retain the cookie and that the click be a genuine, intentional click by the prospect.
You are responsible for the correct deployment and integrity of your Tracking Links. We are not liable for commissions that are not earned or attributed due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including cookie blocking, ad blockers, private/incognito browsing, the prospect clearing or rejecting cookies, the prospect switching devices or browsers, the prospect using a different email or identity at signup, intervening clicks on another affiliate's link, or any technical limitation of cookie-based tracking. Our records of clicks, attribution, conversions, and commissions are, absent manifest error, conclusive for purposes of the Program.
6. Payouts
Commissions move through three states: pending (within the holding period), approved/payable (cleared and eligible for payout), and paid. The following terms govern payouts:
- Holding period. A commission on a payment made by card through Paddle (and every other commission not described in the next sentence) is held for a holding period, currently 30 days, running from the date the underlying customer payment is received, to allow for refunds, chargebacks, and fraud review. A commission on a cryptocurrency payment made through Cryptomus (a subscription payment or a Balance Deposit) has no holding period and becomes approved and payable as soon as it is recorded. A second-level override follows the holding period of its underlying commission. During the holding period, a commission may be reversed if a refund, chargeback, fraud, or other disqualifying event occurs, and after the holding period elapses without one, the commission becomes approved and payable. A commission that is already approved or paid can still be reversed under Section 8.
- Minimum payout threshold. The minimum payout threshold is currently $100 USD, as shown in your affiliate dashboard, and this page always states the figure in force. Approved balances below that amount roll forward and accumulate until the threshold is met. Payouts are issued only once your approved balance equals or exceeds the threshold at the time of the payout run. We may change the threshold; a change applies only to payout runs after it takes effect and never to a balance already paid.
- Payout schedule. Approved commissions that meet the threshold are paid manually, on no fixed schedule. We aim to process payouts promptly once your balance clears the threshold, but we do not commit to a specific day or to a monthly cycle, and timing may vary with weekends, banking and public holidays, and processor delays.
- Payout methods. You may elect to receive payouts via PayPal, Wise, or cryptocurrency, as configured in your affiliate dashboard. You are responsible for selecting and maintaining a valid payout method; transaction, network, or conversion fees charged by the chosen payout rail are deducted from your payable balance.
- Accuracy of payout information. It is your responsibility to keep your payout and contact information current and correct. Payouts that fail, bounce, or are misdirected because of stale, inaccurate, or incomplete information are your responsibility, and we may charge reasonable re-processing fees or withhold re-issuance until valid details are provided.
- Unclaimed balances. If we are unable to pay you because you have not provided valid payout or tax information, or because we cannot reach you, your approved balance will be held pending correct information, subject to any applicable unclaimed-property or escheatment laws.
All payout amounts are stated and settled in USD or the equivalent supported by your chosen payout method. FluxWriter does not store your full PayPal, bank, or cryptocurrency credentials beyond what is necessary to direct a payout, and it does not store card or crypto payment details of your referred customers.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited. Engaging in any of them is grounds for immediate termination, forfeiture of all unpaid commissions, reversal and clawback of paid commissions, and, where applicable, referral to authorities and pursuit of damages:
- Self-referrals. Referring yourself, your own accounts, or accounts owned, controlled, or operated by you, your immediate family, your employees, or persons acting in concert with you, in order to generate commissions.
- Trademark / brand bidding. Bidding on "FluxWriter" or any close variant, misspelling, translation, or trademark of ours on paid-search platforms (such as Google Ads or Microsoft/Bing Ads), or directing such ads to a Tracking Link or to any URL that redirects to one; and using paid search in any manner that diverts our own brand traffic.
- Spam and unsolicited messaging. Sending unsolicited email, SMS, or messaging; comment spam, forum spam, or social-media spam; low-quality auto-generated promotional content; or any messaging that violates anti-spam or electronic-marketing laws (including CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR/ePrivacy requirements).
- Cookie stuffing. Setting, dropping, or forcing tracking cookies without a deliberate, genuine click by the prospect, including via iframes, pop-unders, auto-redirects, or hidden pixels.
- Misleading or false claims. Making false or misleading statements about FluxWriter, our pricing, plans, features, subprocessors, results, or company; fabricating testimonials, reviews, or case studies; or making any guarantee of SEO results, rankings, indexing, traffic, or revenue that FluxWriter itself does not make.
- Fraud and traffic manipulation. Any deceptive practice intended to inflate referral counts or commissions, including bot traffic, click farms, click injection, incentivized signups that do not yield genuine paying customers, fake accounts, and the use of stolen or unauthorized payment methods.
- Trademark / IP misuse and impersonation. Registering domains, subdomains, social accounts, app-store listings, or handles containing our trademark or implying official status; using our logos or brand in a way that suggests a partnership, endorsement, or relationship beyond that of an independent affiliate; or otherwise infringing our or any third party's intellectual-property rights.
- Unauthorized discounts and coupons. Publishing fabricated, expired, or unauthorized discount codes; claiming exclusive deals we have not approved; or operating coupon/deal pages that misrepresent available offers.
- Unlawful or harmful channels. Promoting FluxWriter through, or alongside, content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise harmful, or in a manner that violates the terms of any platform you use.
We may investigate suspected violations and may withhold, delay, or reverse commissions during an investigation. Our determination of whether a violation has occurred is made in good faith and is final for purposes of the Program.
8. Refunds, Chargebacks, and Clawbacks
Commissions are earned only on genuine, completed, and retained payments. Paddle (as Merchant of Record) processes card payments and their refunds, Cryptomus processes cryptocurrency payments, and FluxWriter issues any refund of a cryptocurrency payment directly, so a commission is contingent on the underlying payment remaining valid and un-reversed.
Subscription commissions. If a referred customer obtains a refund of a subscription payment, initiates a chargeback on one, or otherwise reverses one, or if a subscription payment is later found to be fraudulent or abusive, the commission on it is reversed.
Balance Deposit commissions. Prepaid Balance funds are final and non-refundable under the Terms of Service, so a Balance Deposit commission is reversed only in the cases described in this paragraph and in the paragraph on suspended customer accounts below. If all or part of a Balance Deposit is refunded (for example, where a refund is required by law or under Paddle's Buyer Terms, or where the Terms of Service provide for a refund of unspent balance), through Paddle for a card deposit made through Paddle, through Ziina for one made through Ziina, or by FluxWriter directly for a cryptocurrency deposit, the commission is reversed in proportion to the share of the deposit's Net Amount that has been refunded. For a card deposit, that share is measured before tax. For a cryptocurrency deposit, only the amount actually returned to the customer counts as refunded; any network, processor, or other fee deducted from the refund is not counted. Reversals are calculated on the total refunded to date: after each refund, the total reversed becomes the commission multiplied by the total refunded and divided by the Net Amount, rounded to the nearest cent (half a cent rounds up), so each refund reverses only the difference from what has already been reversed, and a refund of the whole Net Amount reverses the whole commission. Where FluxWriter refunds unspent Prepaid Balance without tying the refund to a single deposit, the refund is applied to the customer's most recent Balance Deposits first. If a Balance Deposit is charged back, or is found to be fraudulent or abusive, all of the commission not already reversed is reversed. However many refunds, chargebacks, or findings apply to one deposit, the total reversed never exceeds the commission earned on it. Apart from those events and a suspension of the customer's account, nothing that happens to the balance after it is deposited (including a backlink order or other purchase that fails and returns its cost to the customer's Prepaid Balance, or balance the customer never spends) reverses or reduces a Balance Deposit commission.
Any second-level override follows its underlying commission: it is reversed by the same share, calculated on the override's own amount in the same way (on the total to date, rounded to the nearest cent), and it is reversed entirely whenever its underlying commission is reversed entirely. If a reversed commission or override, or the reversed share of it, is still pending, it is removed from your balance. If it has already been paid out, the reversed amount is recovered as a clawback and deducted from your next or future payouts.
Suspended customer accounts. If a referred customer's account is suspended on or after 20:30 UTC on September 17, 2026, every commission earned from that customer from 20:30 UTC on September 17, 2026 is forfeited, whatever its status and whatever payment it was earned on: subscription commissions, Balance Deposit commissions, any other commission, and every second-level override earned on them. A forfeited commission that has not yet been paid out is removed from your balance; one that has already been paid out is recovered as a clawback and deducted from your next or future payouts. A commission earned from that customer before 20:30 UTC on September 17, 2026 is never forfeited by a suspension and remains governed by the terms in effect when it was earned. No commission is earned from a referred customer while their account is suspended, whenever the suspension began, and a forfeited commission is not restored if the suspension is later lifted.
If your clawback balance exceeds your future earnings and remains unsatisfied for more than 60 days, we may invoice you for the outstanding difference, and you agree to pay such invoice promptly. We may also offset clawback amounts against any other balance owed to you.
Clawbacks are first netted against your pending and approved balances. The commission holding period (currently 30 days for commissions on card payments, and none for commissions on cryptocurrency payments, as described in Section 6 and shown in your dashboard) runs from FluxWriter's receipt of the underlying customer payment, and FluxWriter may retain a reserve of up to 20% of your approved balance to cover anticipated reversals. If a clawback cannot be fully recovered from your balances, the outstanding amount is immediately due and payable on demand, and you authorize FluxWriter to recover it by any lawful means, including offset against any current or future balance and recovery of reasonable collection costs.
9. Term and Termination
These Affiliate Terms take effect when you are approved into the Program and remain in effect for as long as you participate. Either party may terminate your participation at any time, with or without cause, upon written notice (an email to your registered address is sufficient). We may also suspend your participation immediately, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Affiliate Terms, engaged in a Prohibited Activity, or created legal or reputational risk.
On termination without cause, accrued commissions that have passed the holding period and meet the payout threshold will be paid in the ordinary course, on the manual basis described in Section 6 (we do not run a fixed payout cycle). Commissions still within the holding period at the time of termination may, at our discretion, be paid after the holding period elapses if no disqualifying event occurs in the interim. New commissions stop accruing as of the effective date of termination, including any recurring (lifetime) commissions that would otherwise have continued.
On termination for cause (including any Prohibited Activity in Section 7, fraud, or material breach), all unpaid commissions (pending and approved) are forfeited, paid commissions tied to the misconduct may be clawed back, and your access to the Program, Tracking Links, and brand license terminates immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including those concerning clawbacks, taxes, confidentiality, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) survive.
10. Tax Responsibility
You are solely responsible for determining, declaring, and paying any and all taxes arising from commissions you receive through the Program (including income tax, VAT, GST, sales tax, withholding tax, and any other applicable levy) in every jurisdiction where you are liable. Commission amounts are stated exclusive of any taxes for which you are responsible.
We will not deduct or withhold any taxes on your behalf except where required by applicable law, in which case we may withhold and remit as legally required and pay you the net amount. We may require you to provide valid tax documentation (such as a Form W-9, Form W-8BEN/W-8BEN-E, or local equivalents) and any other information reasonably necessary for tax-reporting or compliance purposes before processing payouts, and we may withhold payouts until such documentation is provided. You are responsible for the accuracy of the tax information you supply.
11. Use of Brand and Marketing Materials
Subject to your compliance with these Affiliate Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the FluxWriter name, logo, and the marketing assets we make available to you, solely to promote FluxWriter and the Program. All goodwill arising from your use of our marks inures to FluxWriter, and we retain all right, title, and interest in our trademarks, trade names, copyrights, and other intellectual property.
- Use only current, approved assets, and present FluxWriter accurately and in accordance with any brand guidelines we provide;
- Do not alter, distort, or recolor our marks, or combine them with other marks in a way that creates a composite or implies a joint brand;
- Do not register or attempt to register any domain, social handle, trademark, or business name that incorporates or is confusingly similar to our marks;
- Do not use our marks in a manner that is disparaging, misleading, or that implies endorsement, sponsorship, or a partnership beyond an independent affiliate relationship;
- Disclose your affiliate relationship clearly and conspicuously wherever required by law (including FTC endorsement-disclosure rules and equivalent regulations).
This license terminates automatically when your participation in the Program ends or upon our written request, and you must then promptly cease all use of our marks and remove our assets from your channels.
12. Relationship of the Parties
You participate in the Program as an independent contractor. Nothing in these Affiliate Terms creates an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, franchise, or agency between you and FluxWriter. You have no authority to bind FluxWriter, to incur obligations on its behalf, or to make any representation, warranty, or commitment for or about FluxWriter except as expressly authorized in writing.
You are solely responsible for your own business operations, expenses, personnel, equipment, and the manner and means by which you promote FluxWriter, provided you comply with these Affiliate Terms and applicable law. You receive no employment benefits, and you are responsible for your own insurance, licenses, and statutory obligations.
13. Confidentiality
In the course of the Program you may receive non-public information, including your performance statistics and analytics, custom or private commission arrangements, unreleased features, internal marketing materials, and other information that is not published on the public website (collectively, "Confidential Information"). You must keep Confidential Information confidential, use it only to participate in the Program, and not disclose it to any third party without our prior written consent.
Referred-customer data. Your dashboard shows limited information about the people you refer: a pseudonymous reference for each account, the sign-up date, subscription status, and the commission earned, together with a masked form of the email address (for example `j•••@e•••.com`) so you can recognise a lead you introduced. You are not given their full email address, their name, their content, or any access to their account. This information is Confidential Information and is provided solely so you can verify your own commissions. You must not attempt to re-identify, contact, market to, sell, or otherwise use it for any other purpose, and you must not disclose it to anyone else. Misuse is a material breach of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of unpaid commissions and removal from the Program.
Confidential Information does not include information that is or becomes publicly available through no fault of yours, that you already lawfully possessed without a duty of confidentiality, that you independently developed, or that you are legally compelled to disclose (in which case you will, where lawful, give us reasonable prior notice). These confidentiality obligations survive termination of your participation in the Program.
14. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Program, the affiliate dashboard, the Tracking Links, and all related materials are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FluxWriter disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, and any warranty regarding availability, accuracy, tracking reliability, conversion rates, or earnings. FluxWriter makes no guarantee that the Program will generate any particular level of referrals, commissions, or income, and any earnings examples are illustrative only and not a promise of results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FluxWriter and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost referral revenue, lost commissions, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or related to the Program or these Affiliate Terms, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. FluxWriter's total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Affiliate Terms is limited to the total commissions actually paid or payable to you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by law.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FluxWriter and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs) arising out of or related to: (i) your breach of these Affiliate Terms, the Terms of Service, or the Privacy Policy; (ii) your promotional activities, content, channels, or representations about FluxWriter; (iii) your violation of any applicable law or regulation, including advertising, anti-spam, consumer-protection, data-protection, and tax laws; or (iv) your infringement or misappropriation of any third party's intellectual-property or other rights.
We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claim. You may not settle any claim in a manner that imposes any obligation or admission on FluxWriter without our prior written consent.
16. Modifications to These Terms and the Program
We may update or modify these Affiliate Terms, and may change, suspend, or discontinue the Program (in whole or in part) at any time and without advance notice. Program settings (including the commission rates, the override rate, the payment-processing fee deducted from card payments, the attribution window, the holding period, and the minimum payout threshold) are operational settings rather than fixed terms. This page and your affiliate dashboard always state the figures currently in force, and are the authoritative statement of them. Where we consider it appropriate we may tell you about a change in advance, but we are not obliged to.
Any change applies only to commissions earned after its effective date; commissions already accrued or paid remain governed by the terms in effect when they were earned. Your continued participation in the Program after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Affiliate Terms. If you do not agree to a change, your sole remedy is to withdraw from the Program before the change's effective date.
17. Governing Law and Disputes
These Affiliate Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Program (including non-contractual disputes), are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute informally and in good faith. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and you irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts and waive any objection based on inconvenient forum. To the extent permitted by law, each party waives any right to a jury trial and agrees that claims must be brought in an individual capacity and not as part of any class or representative proceeding.
FluxWriter is a trading name of BeRoyal LLC, a United Arab Emirates company, and is operated from Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
18. General
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Affiliate Terms or your participation in the Program, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. We may assign these Affiliate Terms freely, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.
Severability and waiver. If any provision of these Affiliate Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
Notices. We may provide notices to you by email to your registered address or through your affiliate dashboard. You may provide notices to us at legal@fluxwriter.com.
19. Entire Agreement
These Affiliate Terms, together with the FluxWriter Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer (and, where applicable, any written private-partner arrangement), constitute the entire agreement between you and FluxWriter regarding the Program and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and communications relating to the same subject matter. In the event of a conflict between these Affiliate Terms and a written private-partner arrangement signed by FluxWriter, the private-partner arrangement controls as to that affiliate.

21. Revision History
Material changes to these Terms are applied prospectively under Section 16. Each published revision is listed below, newest first, so you can see which version governed a commission at the time it was earned.
October 21, 2026: Named the party you contract with: Sections 1 and 17 now say the Program is run by BeRoyal LLC, a United Arab Emirates company, under the trading name FluxWriter. No change to any commission rate, the processing fee's rate, the holding period, the attribution window, payouts, or any other term.
October 10, 2026: Added card payments through Ziina, which now processes Balance Deposits made by card. Section 4 now counts a deposit made by card through Ziina as a Balance Deposit, defines its Net Amount as the US-dollar amount of the Ziina payment once Ziina confirms the payment completed, and deducts the payment-processing fee, at the rate Section 4 states, from the Net Amount of a card payment through Ziina exactly as from one through Paddle. Section 8 now reverses the commission on a card deposit refunded through Ziina exactly as on one refunded through Paddle. A commission on a card payment through Ziina keeps the holding period for card payments. Commissions already accrued or paid remain governed by the terms in force when they were earned. No change to any commission rate, the processing fee's rate, the holding period, or the attribution window.
September 17, 2026: This revision takes effect at 20:30 UTC on September 17, 2026. Changed the basis of backlink commissions. Customers now pay for backlink orders and campaigns only from a Prepaid Balance they fund in advance, and a backlink commission is earned only on real-money Balance Deposits (card through Paddle, cryptocurrency through Cryptomus), calculated on the deposit's Net Amount as Section 4 now defines it for deposits. REMOVED the commission on backlink purchases: spending a Prepaid Balance on backlink orders, campaigns, the Domain Authority Boost, or anything else no longer earns a commission; balance paid in by a payment completed before 20:30 UTC on September 17, 2026 earns nothing whenever it is spent; and bonus balance (deposit, coupon, or promotional bonuses and credits added by FluxWriter) earns nothing. The outcome of a backlink order no longer affects a Balance Deposit commission. Section 8 now reverses a Balance Deposit commission in proportion to the share of the deposit refunded (for a cryptocurrency deposit, counting only the amount actually returned to the customer), calculated on the running total and rounded to the nearest cent, and in full on a chargeback or fraud, never exceeding the commission earned; second-level overrides are reversed by the same share. Section 8 now forfeits, when a referred customer's account is suspended on or after 20:30 UTC on September 17, 2026, every commission earned from that customer from 20:30 UTC on September 17, 2026, whatever its status, second-level overrides included (including commissions already paid, which are deducted from future payouts), and no commission is earned from any referred customer while their account is suspended, whenever the suspension began; a forfeited commission is not restored if the suspension is lifted. Sections 4 and 5 now count a Balance Deposit as a qualifying payment and credit a customer who signs up within the attribution window. Section 4 now deducts a payment-processing fee, at the rate Section 4 states, from the Net Amount before calculating any commission on a card payment, including subscription commissions; nothing is deducted from a cryptocurrency payment. Section 6 now approves commissions on cryptocurrency payments with no holding period; commissions on card payments keep the existing holding period. Commissions already accrued or paid remain governed by the terms in force when they were earned, with one exception in the affiliate's favour: from 20:30 UTC on September 17, 2026, a backlink order that fails or is cancelled and returns its cost to the customer's Prepaid Balance no longer reverses the commission earned on that order before that time. From 20:30 UTC on September 17, 2026, a suspension of a referred customer's account forfeits only the commissions earned from that customer from 20:30 UTC on September 17, 2026. No change to any commission rate or to the length of the attribution window.
September 2, 2026: Raised the minimum payout threshold to $100, and this page now shows the live figure the Program enforces rather than a copy of it. Section 6 states the threshold as a current figure that may change, rather than a fixed term. REMOVED the advance-notice commitments: Section 16 no longer promises 14 days' notice before a material change, and Section 5 no longer promises 14 days before recurring commissions are capped or converted: the Program may now change at any time without advance notice. Commissions already accrued or paid remain governed by the terms in force when they were earned, which is unchanged. No change to any commission rate, holding period, or attribution window.
September 1, 2026: Corrected the stated minimum payout threshold from $100 to $50, the amount the Program has always enforced. Aligned the payout-schedule wording in Sections 6 and 9 with the manual, no-fixed-schedule process described on the enrollment page and FAQ since June 29, 2026. No change to any commission rate, holding period, or attribution window.
August 13, 2026: Stated a minimum payout threshold of $100 and described payouts as running on a monthly cycle. Both were inaccurate as published: the Program has always enforced a $50 minimum, and payouts have been issued manually with no fixed schedule since June 29, 2026. Superseded on September 1, 2026 by the revision above, which corrects the document to the Program as operated. No commission was ever calculated or paid under the $100 figure.
